As with any new medical facility, both staff and volunteers will require training on site protocols, record keeping, sterilization, and scheduling.

Unique to this clinic, volunteers who are part of Iglesia Gracia de Dios (the church Pastor Juan leads) will help in the clinic and share the gospel with those who come for care.
